As the summer gold fades into the crisp air of September, we invite you to take your seat for our premier event of the season: The Horizon Dinner. This is an intimate, multi-course plant-based, farm-to-table experience designed to celebrate the connection between the land, the table, and the herd.
To maintain the Silence of the High Plains and ensure a meaningful experience for every guest, seats for this dinner are strictly limited. This is an evening for deep conversation, where you can arrive as a guest and leave as a friend, all while surrounded by the vastness of our 250+ acre sanctuary.

Organic & Locally Sourced: We have partnered with local growers to curate a menu featuring 100% organic, seasonal produce. Every ingredient is chosen for its integrity and its story.
Plant-Based Artistry: Savor a multi-course menu that proves sustainable dining is the ultimate luxury. Our approach reflects our commitment to the Sovereignty of all living beings.
Evening Entertainment: As the candles are lit, the night will be filled with the sounds of live acoustic music. We have curated local talent to provide a soulful, melodic backdrop that complements the natural rhythm of the ranch.
The Golden Hour Toast: The evening begins at 5:00 PM with botanical refreshments. Watch the horses move across the Paddock Track System as the Montana sun sets, casting a golden glow over the landscape.
Healing the Land: Proceeds from every ticket go directly toward our 14,000-tree reforestation initiative and the lifelong care of our 95 residents.
