We are located roughly 25 minutes outside of Great Falls and about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Helena. Once your application is reviewed and approved, we will send you our exact address and arrival instructions.

Not at all! Our 5 level experience scale helps us place you comfortably. Whether you are brand new (Level 1) or an experienced handler, we have plenty of tasks ranging from property maintenance and building projects to ground level support. We provide all necessary safety briefings and training on site.

Because you will be working outdoors on a ranch, you must wear sturdy, closed toe shoes or boots (no sandals or canvas sneakers). Dress in comfortable layers appropriate for the weather, and bring a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, and work gloves if you have a favorite pair.

That is completely fine! While we love having regular weekly or bi-weekly volunteers, our questionnaire lets you select monthly commitments, seasonal projects, or special event help only. We appreciate whatever time you can share.

To ensure the safety and peace of our rescued herd, visiting dogs and other pets are not allowed on the property. Please leave your furry friends comfortably at home!
